About us
It began as a family's dream… and grew with people's trust
Al Ghazal's story began in 1989 in Tulkarm, as a small family business founded by Nimer Hussein and Muna Younis, starting from a modest hummus and falafel restaurant next to the family home. As customers' trust and demand grew, Al Ghazal gradually became a company specialised in manufacturing and marketing food products.
